We examine the data, customer feedback, and reasoning behind your current decisions. We separate what you know from assumptions that still need testing.
Then we choose the problem to focus on and define the next step: what to do or test, and how to assess the result.

The decisions remain yours. I help you examine the reasoning behind them and notice what can be easy to miss from inside the business.
